An order of $500 or more (not including discounts, vouchers, credits etc), the order will qualify for “Free Delivery” to metro areas within Australia.
Due to the size of Australia and our remote locations, as well as the broad range of type, size and weight of products we sell – it is not possible to offer Free Delivery for all orders to all locations. Large orders that require to be sent on pallets will be quoted and customer will be advised of the freight cost.
Not eligible for “Free Delivery” Offer
- Repairs and Maintenance not covered under warranty.
- Eligible items not in stock at the time of dispatch.
- If you prefer to use your own freight company, no free delivery offer applies.
- Hazardous Goods – items considered Dangerous Goods by freight companies will incur additional charges.
- Bulky or Heavy Items – Some items that are large and low weight, or heavy and small sized may not be eligible because their delivery cost are more than 10% of the purchase. As mentioned above, the gap will be applied to your invoice.
- Certain Locations – orders for remote locations may incur additional delivery charges and may not be included in the Free Delivery offer.
- Discounted, Special Pricing and Web Specials – special offers, discounted and clearance items may not be eligible for the free delivery offer.
Return/Refund Policy
At bulcs.com.au, we only consider refunds or returns where products are found to be defective. We do not offer refunds and returns for change of mind.
